• Our Intensive Treatment Program is an extension of the basic foster care program and is designed for children with serious emotional issues, and/or behavioral problems.

• These problems usually stem from extreme neglect, sexual or physical abuse, or developmental issues.

• These children require various support services both in home and community based.

ITFC foster parents must meet the minimum foster care requirements as well as; have foster care experience or experience working with this population; be at least 25 years old, and complete 60 hours of pre-certification training.

Foster parents receive a tax-free reimbursement which is based on the age and placement status of the child.
